QDegrees Services participated in the 12th Edition of The Customer Fest Show, 2019-conceived and managed by Kamikaze B2B Media. It was held at the Taj Lands End, Mumbai with the motive to bring various industry leaders on one platform, discuss and share the latest trends in enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
There were two simultaneous tracks-The Customer Engagement Summit and The Customer Loyalty Summit which were equally innovative and insightful.
QDegrees was also recognized as the 'Best Customer Experience Vendor/Consultant/Service Provider' at the Customer Experience Awards organized at the event.
