What we ask for
- Ability to communicate complex processes and instruction clearly and concisely, so the SOP can easily be outlined
- Candidate should have attention to detail to capture all the necessary steps, exception and contingencies in the SOP
- One should have good understanding of channel and retail operations processes, including sales, inventory, customer service & logistics
- Analytical skills required as as to help in streamlining operations and making the SOP more effective and efficient
- Strong communication and coordination skills required to coordinate with the internal & external stakeholders
- One should have a keen interest to explore best practices, familiarity within & outside the given industry so as to give suggestion and recommendation in aligning the SOP
- Candidate should be open to conduct surveys, research to be knowledgeable
- Proficiency in process mapping techniques such as flowcharts or diagram to visually represent the workflow.
- Consideration for the end-users of the SOP. Anticipate the questions and needs of the individuals who will be following the procedures.
- Willingness to continuously review and update the SOP to adapt to changing business needs, technology, or industry standards
Requirements
- Min 3-5 years of experience in Retail sales (consulting, logistics, banking, Telecom preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Proven experience in online reputation management or related roles
- Strong understanding of MS Office suite (Visio knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
