- Develop and nurture excellent relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Drive and achieve assigned targets and values, motivating and guiding the team to fulfill their day-to-day Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, to derive valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Be open to travel across the assigned territory as needed to maintain effective client engagement and support the team.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team
- Efficiently manage a team of 100+ field force, comprising direct and indirect reporting, ensuring their professional development and performance optimization.
- Uphold a commitment to ensuring client and stakeholder satisfaction by consistently delivering best-in-class services.
- Take ownership of preparing high-level analysis reports and delivering them to clients within specified timelines.
- Actively participate in the digital growth journey of the project, embracing technological advancements to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Coordinate regularly with Area/Regional heads to
showcase team performance and discuss areas of improvement.
