What we ask for

·       - Lead and inspire a team of Customer Care Executives to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

·      -  Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and address challenges.

·       - Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team members' skills and performance

·       - Oversee and ensure the resolution of customer queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.

·       - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.

·      -  Implement and maintain performance metrics to evaluate individual and team performance.

·       - Develop action plans to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.

·       - Facilitate training sessions for new and existing team members to ensure a thorough understanding of products, services, and customer service standards.

·       - Identify opportunities for skill development and career growth within the team.

Requirements

·      -   Fresher /Experience with good command over English and Hindi

·     -   UG/Graduate in any stream

·       - Open to work in shifts and rotating week off

·       - Open to both Outbound and Inbound call center scenarios

·       - Proficiency in sales – Tele-calling sales will be an added advantage

·      -  Basic knowledge on computer proficiency  -- with typing speed of 15 words /min with accuracy of 85 %
