- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and address challenges.

- Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team members' skills and performance

- Oversee and ensure the resolution of customer queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Implement and maintain performance metrics to evaluate individual and team performance.

Requirements

- Fresher /Experience with good command over English and Hindi

- UG/Graduate in any stream

- Open to work in shifts and rotating week off

- Open to both Outbound and Inbound call center scenarios

- Proficiency in sales – Tele-calling sales will be an added advantage

- Basic knowledge on computer proficiency -- with typing speed of 15 words /min with accuracy of 85%
