What we ask for

Online Reputation Monitoring: Monitor online platforms, including social media, review websites, and forums, to track mentions of our brand and products/services

  • Reputation Analysis: Analyze data and feedback to identify areas where our online reputation may be at risk
  • Manage and respond to customer reviews and comments on various platforms
  • Identify the comments across social media platforms and categorize them into Complaints and Information
  • Updating the cases in the CRM for the back-end team for issue resolution and close-looping
  • Competitor Analysis: Identify opportunities to differentiate our brand positively from competitors. 
  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans to address and mitigate potential reputation crisis
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on online reputation metrics and trends

    • Requirements

    Min 06 months -2 years of experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in online reputation management or related roles
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and online marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Familiarity with online reputation management tools and platforms is a plus
